Max’s Sandwich x Fermary Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This competition is run by Fermary Ltd, with registered office at Fruit & Vegetable Market, 111-116, Block, A2 New Covent Garden Market, London SW8 5EN.

2. Eligibility

   • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

   • Employees of Fermary Ltd, Max’s Sandwich Shop, and associated partners are not eligible to enter.

   • No purchase necessary.

3. How to Enter

   • Post a photo or video of your Max’s Sandwich featuring Fermary Sauce on Instagram.

   • Tag @fermary.uk and in your post @maxssandwichshop  

   • Only posts made from a public Instagram account will be considered.

4. Prize

   • One winner will receive 1 x Fermary Jalapeño Sauce (200ml) and 1 x £30 Max’s Sandwich Shop voucher.

   • One winner will be selected each calendar month.

   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

   • The winner will be chosen by Fermary based on creativity, originality, and relevance.

   • The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

   • Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 7 days of selection.

   • Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize, otherwise a new winner will be chosen.

6. Content Usage

   • By entering, participants grant Fermary Ltd and Max’s Sandwich Shop the right to re-share and use submitted content (images, videos, captions) across social media and marketing channels, with credit given where possible.

7. General

   • Fermary Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the competition at any time without prior notice.

   • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

   • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
