Really impressed with this kimchi. It will be a staple in my fridge from now on. I mainly use it in fried rice, and it’s great on the side of anything cheesy.

This is the only fermented product I can actually eat. I have tried actual kraut and kimchi, but the tastes are way too strong and foul for me. I enjoy this, and seeing as you need to eat it often to get the benefits (like twice a day), I’ve found this is totally doable with your kraut. If you don’t get on with other fermented foods, try this!

Took a punt on this and it exceeded my expectations. Not too tart or vinegary and has a subtle flavour that I can't quite pin down. I've been having it with avocado on toast and it's delicious!

The best kimchi I've ever had. So much depth of flavour and umami, just the right amount of spice. We used this in the filling for homemade potstickers, and it was outstanding. Can't wait to get more and experiment with it in different dishes!
