Single Jar (300g)

Ingredients

2 tbsp Fermary Exotic New Tropic Kimchi

1 slice sourdough bread

2 tbsp hummus

½ avocado, sliced

Handful of fresh pea shoots

4–5 mixed olives, sliced

1 tsp olive oil, for drizzling

Method

Toast the sourdough until golden and crisp.
