Single Jar (300g)

Ingredients

2–3 tbsp Fermary Smoke & Spice Kraut

200g hummus

1 tsp dukkah spice blend

1–2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Fresh radishes, halved

Crisp cucumber sticks

Celery sticks

Carrot slices

Crispbread sticks or crackers

Method

Spread the base: Spoon the hummus onto a shared serving plate.

Add the kraut: Top with Fermary Smoke & Spice Kraut.
