Ingredients
2–3 tbsp Fermary Smoke & Spice Kraut200g hummus
1 tsp dukkah spice blend
1–2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Fresh radishes, halved
Crisp cucumber sticks
Celery sticks
Carrot slices
Crispbread sticks or crackers

Spread the base: Spoon the hummus onto a shared serving plate.
