Beet Bliss Bowl with Beet Kraut

This is what I call food that loves you back - creamy beet hummus, tangy Fermary Classic Beet Kraut, sunshine-yellow courgettes, and plenty of herbs and toasted nuts. It’s the perfect gut-happy plate to share, bursting with colour, crunch, and flavour that leaves you feeling amazing.

Classic Beet Kraut

Classic Beet Kraut

Single Jar (300g)

Ingredients

3 tbsp Fermary Classic Beet Kraut

200g beetroot hummus (ChickP or similar)

2 small yellow courgettes, sliced into ribbons

1 tbsp olive oil

Handful fresh mint leaves

Few sprigs fresh marjoram (or oregano)

Small handful toasted walnuts

Warm flatbreads, to serve

Method

Spread the hummus generously onto a serving plate.

Add the Fermary Classic Beet Kraut over the top for a probiotic boost and deep beet colour.

Pan-blanch the courgette ribbons in a splash of olive oil until just softened, then arrange alongside.

Finish with fresh mint, marjoram, and a handful of toasted walnuts.

Serve with warm flatbreads for scooping and sharing.
