This is the only fermented product I can actually eat. I have tried actual kraut and kimchi, but the tastes are way too strong and foul for me. I enjoy this, and seeing as you need to eat it often to get the benefits (like twice a day), I’ve found this is totally doable with carrot kraut. If you don’t get on with other fermented foods, try this!

Very delicious kraut. Fresh, crunchy vegetables that make a great side to most meals. I received my jar by courier, and the lid had come loose, leaking the pickling juice, so I had to knock off stars for bad delivery. Actual product very good.
